What's this, you ask? :)
Why, just my version of an ID card for the Star Fleet version of NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service).

I've figured, well, StarFleet has to have an investigative branch, doesn't it? :) As such, I came up with this.

Just print out to the size you want, and investigate away. :D

Yeah, That's Right, Also You can't put HOME WORLD there because some species were born on other planets Such as Tasha Yar was Human But was Born or Grew up on the MARS Colony, So what is she? A Human or A Martian?
