You Know What Sucks?

Hearing something that sounds like a grinding noise, coming from inside your computer.

Well, turns out, this particular grinding noise wasn't from coffee being prepared, it had something to do with my hard drive! Yep, not only did it fail, but I lost a LOT of what I had, art-wise, because while I usually back it up with a disk, I hadn't gotten around to doing the latest backup yet. :(

Luckily, a friend of mine actually had a spare! :) So, I reformatted it, loaded it up, and I'm good to go! :)

Which means, of course, a LOT of what I was working on, is *gone*, so now it's back to square one.

Joy.

Oh, yes. :) That's what we need now....a lot of people see jail as some kind of status symbol; we have to make people TERRIFIED of breaking the law. Take the cup? Loose your life.

Although, I'm not too sure how well impalings or boiling alive would go over... :D
